Prophecy OS

Prophecy OS will be an OS that REPLACES the TI-OS. It will have hardware support. The hardware will include a keyboard, mouse, and modem. There will be splitter hardware to allow all of these to be connected symoltaniously. This OS will have Console Calculating capabilities beyond those of the TI-83+ OS. It will also include all of the old features as well. But you will also have a WAP Web page browser just like a cell phone. It will work with Windows Networking EXCEPT for file sharing. There will be a separate program for that. This will also have a language similar to Visual Basic. You will be able to do your math homework on the calculator with the advanced problem writing system, and then print it out on your computer. It will be very user friendly. What I need Is a lot of help. It would be absurd for me to do this all on my own; plus it would take me years to develop in on my own. If you would like to help, Contact me VIA E-MAIL. Thank you.

Hi I'm making a phone book program for the 83+ that keeps phone-numbers and an 8 letterstring and will hold up to 999 entries. Except I have one problem my program will only accept names that are 8 letters long, no more no less.
If you have a suggestion reply to this message.

If anyone remembers Shermco Studio a TI-BASIC compiler for the TI-83 Plus, I recently took over the project after being dead for almost 2 years. I've decided to release a Beta, to see what the interest level is and if any what improvments can be made, I already have many great ideas for the next, but as I said, this is mainly to see the interest level. Also, it should be alot smaller than the previous 20 megabytes. Send any questions or comments to me e-mail. And be sure to look for it in about a week or so. Thank you.

I have started a project, where you run a basic program on your ti83+, and you type in the z80 source (even for shells like Ion and Mirage OS), and the program compiles it into hex and stores it to a string, which you can store into a program using an assembly program, then finish compiling it in the basic program. This may help many people without graphlinks, and make it possible to program asm right on the calculator. I have took some time to research how to manually compile z80 to hex, but i have not found out much.
I do know that C9 means ret, and since the bcall clrlcdf(clear the screen) = 4540, EF4045 is the hex for it because it is ef then the last two numbers, then the first two.
so this program clears the screen
PRGM:CLRSCRN
AsmPrgm
EF4045
C9
If you can find any information on manually comiling asm, id greatly appreciate it e-mailed to purple_cow666@hotmail.com.

I am currently working on an ASM version of Doors XP, a multitasking GUI interface that autodetects ASM, SOS, Ash, and BASIC programs. It includes an incredibly fast mouse program and drivers for connecting a real (!!) mouse through the linkport. It is very similar to Windows XP, with a start menu, My Documents and My Pictures folders, Word XP and Excel XP, and many other incredibly cool programs such as Media Player XP that can play music! This program will be a major breakthrough in TI shells, and can be used as an alternative to the TI-OS. Once run for the first time, it can shutdown, restart, and includes the option of a secure, integrated, uncrackable password protection program. It allows multiple usernames with separate preferences for each user. Respond or email me at Kerm_Martian@yahoo.com if you have any comments, questions, or suggestions. You will love it!

LZ77 prog packer
|
nickPTar
|
An LZ77 compressor/decompressor. It could be used for several things, but the first that comes to mind is an executable packer. You would pack a .8xp file on the computer, and download it. The stub would copy itself to a saferam location (What's the biggest?), and decompress out of the program file to 9d95h. Programs that write back would need some changes, but it could be done.
