Vacation Times

It is vacation times for the ticalc.org staff. Being based in the northern hemisphere, we will enjoy summer. I know at least some of us will do some extensive travelling around the globe. Due to this, pending files will grow, help mail will be answered with greater delay, and not much new will happen for a month or two. The ticalc.org staff wishes all our visitors a good summer (or winter if you are below the equator) and hope you all understand we all need some vacation. Tell us about your own vacation plans below.

Another non-informational poll on an on-topic basis (somewhat):
If you were able to trade an 86 for an 89, would you do it?
(Just curious)

I plan to spend the rest of my vacation fixing my PC.
Apparently, whilst installing a new 60GB hard drive, I seriously f---ed something up. I turned on my computer and it booted up... once... just fine. Left in on a couple days, copying stuff (MP3s, movies) to the new HD.
Now, I rebooted my computer (because it was going slow for some reason) and it says:
"DISK BOOT ERROR - INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER"
I'm guessing I've somehow managed to delete or corrupt my partition table. Anybody have any ideas on how to:
1. restore a partition table, without losing FAT32 info
2. restore a master boot record, without losing FAT32 info
3. properly install a second FAT32-formatted hard drive (with no OS installed on it) without doing this whole thing over again
it would be INCREDIBLY appreciated if you did...
