Today I called 1 800-TI-CARES and ordered my Plus module (now $49.95 not $75.00) and replacement cover for my TI-89 (really for my TI-86, it is the same, the web site says it is out of stock for the TI-83, but it is the same cover.) Anyway after I placed my order I asked about the free CellSheet Application. I was told that is only being offered by Texas Instruments of Europe on their survers for Europe and the UK. And it is NOT being offered to the US or Canada. It was that simple.

What's the 'plus module'?

It's a module for the TI-92 to give it the capabilities of the TI-92+ (e.g., Flash), except for the high-contrast screen, and it'll still say just "TI-92" on the body.

It's also as simple as being able to get it no matter what country you live in. ;)

The Celsheet application promotional is only for any language but english and chinese...sucks...

Hehe, outa curiousity, does the CellSheet APP on the 89 provide any additional functionality that isnt already found in the Data/Matrix Editor?

Cell sheet provides functions similar to Microsoft Excel (hope I don't get sued), with dynamic data change. Like in excel, if you type an '=' before each cell entry, the cell will change every time new data is added or edited.

Example:
If you wrote '=SUM(B1:B4)' and B1=1 B2=2 B3=4 B4=7 then that cell would display 13. But is you changed B1 to 5, the cell would automatically change to 17.

That help? Basically, it is a matrix editor, because that's how the programming stores the data, but the cells are dynamic.

ah ok, worth the 117K on the calc? doubtful....
But still it used to cost money and now it's free so I don't mind :D

Get it while it's free, delete it if you hate it, keep it otherwise. take advantage of it no matter what!
