I could send it to you, but because of the ID check couldn't zou use it. Maybe you should rather find someone, who used the chance and "bought" more of them... I "bought" two, one for my ID, one is yet unassigned, but I'll give it to a friend of me. And the ID is, besides the copyright, one of the reasons, why it wont be at ticalc so soon. If someone would crack the ID check...

It's not over yet. I bought it (kinda) April 7. I have the guidebook that came with my SE for it (on the comnputer, of course)

Yeah! The Cell Sheet is a two part app. One part for the Mac (free) and the other part is for the Ti89 (still $15.00). Sort of like the one-legged dude at a butt kicking contest.

If you have a PC you don't need the Mac part, so it's only a one part APP.

Well, guys, it seems that TI has realized what we've been doing (non-Europeans taking advantage of a European-only offer) and they made it so it FORCES you to pay, no matter what. I went through and looked at the sales page for every single country on the list, and NONE of them are listed as free anymore. Way to go TI community. </sarcasm>

I seriously don't know what the hell you have been doing. Follow the link ^above^ and click the BIG CLICK HERE button down on the page and follow the instructions, enter a european country though (me is swedish = legal :) )
I downloaded that program once and downloaded the manual twice.
It still works for me.


Oh and what is this R/W limit of the flash ROM? Can you only write and read from it about 800000 times or is this all BS?

The flash ROM can be read from probably unlimited times, but can only be written to about 800,000 times.

If you wrote to it 100 times per day (MUCH more than anyone really would), it would last more than 20 years. The rest of the hardware would probably fail before the flash ROM does, or you would get another calculator before that time.

Basically this all means that the flash ROM's life is nearly unlimited for us.

It's not any limit TI put on it. The technology in flash ROM just has its limits. I think the RAM, though, can be written to many, many more times. RAM is designed to change state a lot.

No matter what country I picked, it told me I had to pay like 17.3 Euros for it (or the equivalent for the other countries). That means EVERY country did that. Lemme guess, you got it before I posted this message, didn't you? They put a ban on it.

No, I didn't get it before you. I got it at about 6.30pm (+01:00 GMT). I just tried to download the 83+ version for my future 83+ Silver Edition (the offer doesn't last forever) but I had to have a calc ID# and I don't have that. Otherwise it still works for me.

DUH Register your 83+se and you get a cellsheet app in your cheack out automaticly

press 2nd and then plus, then hit 1 or enter for your calcs id

cellsheet is free for the 83+se
