First! Anyways, I personally don't agree with the choices for the TI-83, but, I'm not the one doing it! Oh well! Maybe something more along the lines of something I've played before would change my opinion!

I wonder how many people just leave the default option when they haven't played a game. I don't have an 82/83/85/86, but I still have to vote for all calculators. This means I have to vote for programs I know nothing about. I think most people are in my situation. From the TIcalc.org poll on "How many calcs do you own", we know that the majority of people own 2 calcs, and the second majority is a single calc. So, if people leave the default choice, then that program would get more votes, even if it isn't the best program (opinion). I think we should have the option of abstaining from a certain part of the poll, but being allowed to participate still. Maybe they could adjust the customizations to make it so that we only get prompted to vote for our platform.

Just a suggestion..

Although this is possible, I still think that ticalc.org should make the votes only for the calcs that you check off that you have in your preferences.

I think it would be a nice addition to the results page to link each file for people to click the file and download it from here instead of having to go dig and search for the file.

Hmm...you used to be able to download the file from the file information page. I wonder why they changed that policy. I remember that before the new layout, you could just click the little icon to the left of each listing in the potm and then download the program from there. Oh well.

This is an oversight, and we are working to add the links back to the file info page. It may even be fixed now. :)

WOOHOOO, PROSIT WINS PROSIT WINS!!!!!!!! Its about time it won too.......this is one of the best things that has happened to calcs in a while. Oh yes, I am deeply disappointed in how people vote for programs for calculators they dont even own (or emulate), shame on you, just shame on you....and for those of you that voted for that greyscale Mario for the 86, I know something better that will knock your socks off........

Why are there 2 message boards for the potm results? Clicking on add a comment from the front page of ticalc should take you here.

It seems like whatever software you use to count votes isn't working properly, or I didn't send a preper signal, because I voted for Hard Hat Mack (under 86 ASM) and it says there were no votes for it. Not like it would make much a difference, I just would like to point out a small bug.
