Fun: 9.5/10
This game is very amusing in the fact that you ACTUALLY have to train to commence forward. The battles are fun, and exploration is at least semi interesting.
Graphics: 8.5/10
The first thing you will see once you start the actual game won't really light your fire, but once you get into a battle, you'll see where the actual effort went in. The enemies look unique from all the others (though sometimes you don't know what the heck they are), and the bosses are very intricate, especially the last boss.
Story: 8/10
While the story is a bit lame compared to other RPGs, compared to other TI calculator RPGs, it's not terrible. Of course, Reign of Legends 3 had an amazing story, but the rest sucked (being half BASIC, loading one screen took literally 30 seconds at least); maybe the storyline can sometimes be left as an afterthought to make the actual game fun.
Speed: 9.5/10
Not too fast, not too slow, just right. You can explore the entire world without being hassled by loading screens or a seemingly-crippled avatar.
Compared to other games of the same genre: 8/10
For it's time, it was by far the best RPG for TI calculators. Of course better ones are now coming out with new innovations like AXE, which help you make games easier and better; I'd say this is pretty much the best pure-ASM RPG you can still find for the 83+/84+ family.
You should download this, you'll be hooked for hours. (spoiler: But in the end, your decision will either lead you to a shameful glory or a brave plunge into the bowels of hell.)
