TI Releases ROM v1.15 for the 83+
Posted by Nick B. on 26 August 2002, 05:52 GMT
OS 1.15 has magically become available for the 83+. We're told that this version adds two features: TI-keyboard support and improved support for the CBL2 on the Silver Edition.
If either of these things apply to you, or you complusively need the latest and greatest thing, visit the TI store and select the appropiate subsection.

Fine.. a new OS. but couldn't they release things like keyboard support as app? I think TI should be more in optimizing the OS. Some more space in RAM would be great.

I am getting good at letting ticalc.org know about news! lol, i told them about gemini and the v1.15 os. I usually dont notify ticalc.org of stuff, but gemini and the new os were big things that they didnt know about. Some more big calc news is the emulator that doesnt need a rom image, because the rom comes with the emulator and its perfectly legal because ti made it and is distributing it for free. More info about the emulator is at http://83p.tigalaxy.com/emulators.html
