WHY AAA's TI?
They are more expensive than the more powerful AA's, and AA's last longer.

AAA Batteries- Triple A batteries are smaller and make it a bit easier to fit calcs in your pocket. Sheesh, there are Nickel Metal Hydride rechargeables.

The Keyboard- I'm a bit dissapointed it costs $40. I expected it to be more in the range of 20 dollars. But I am excited. This will make it far easier to type notes. The problem with these 3rd party keyboards that use PS2 accesory ports, is that they drain a LARGE amount of power. Thus you lose your battery life very quickly. Ti isn't using a PS2 keyboard. So it's not gonna suck up as much power. TI is NOT ripping the ideas of the third party.

I just don't understand all the fuss from this community. What's the deal?

It's not the idea of a PS/2 keyboard that TI's ripping off ... it's the idea of a keyboard. The community came up with the idea first before TI decided that they had a potential cash cow and stole it for their own use.

AAA batteries are better because-
They are smaller.
They are cheaper.

(God knows why,but here they are 99p a packet of 4, and AAs are £1.20- but I buy the £1.60 version- they last about a month!)
