Fire Track 2 for 83+
Posted by Michael on 10 January 2004, 02:16 GMT
Benjamin Ryves has released Fire Track 2, based on the original Fire Track BBC Micro game. Besides the classic gameplay, his version features an "extended" mode with randomly generated levels and powerups: EMP, laser, shield, time freezer, kamikaze, and speed. This game appears to be very well planned out in its detail, and is available in both Ion and MirageOS versions.

Very nice. I saw the game before it was featured and said "Why in the world is this incredible-looking game not featured??" But now it is and I'm happy.
Waiting for 83 version, using my bro's 83+ until then...

Although I don't have a TI-83 (of ANY sort, including + and + SE), I still like the look of this game. The graphics are some of the best black and white graphics I've seen in a while. I didn't download the game (since I have no use for it).
