No, and also I'm not Catholic. That "religious quote" is my confirmation verse, and it has been on my web page all along. This event has inspired me to write a poem, and that is what is on the web page, as well as my music.

What is this 20 questions? Why the big secret? The poem says basically "A lone guy was fishing, he snagged a big fish, the fish pulled him under the water". I don't get it. I'm guessing you're the fisherman, but what the f**k does fish stand for. You mean like you were a fisherman using your calculator games as bait, but now you are a fish simply playing the games? The last line completely lost me.

I think the last line means that he got married. That would be a very significant change in his life.

If you're referring to the meaning of the poem, then no. This is not to say that I am not religious, but I was for quite some time before I took up computers and calculators.

U don't know me but i am an avide ticalc person. I want to thank you for all of your contributions to the ti-world. I know some people are judgemental - everyone before me - but u have done wonders for us and for that i thank you. I'm speaking for anyone who really cares about the ticalc and not just he games. Good luck with whatever u decide to do!

I am sorry, but Kirk should at least give the TI Community a reason for this sudden change of heart in his philosophies. I do not care what Kirk did, but I would like to know what was so profound that it changed his life. So profound that that he did not continue a skill he his great at and has delighted countless of students everywhere.

I don't think that he owes us anything. Kirk, you have added so much to the Community and I think that a lot of guys on the page are just plain rude. I wish you the best of luck in what ever you do, and thanks for all og the great calculator programs

No need to feel pity for me, for I am quite happy. Now then, for the last time! This is NOT related to drugs or religion. Furthermore, I have a right to keep my personal life private. I could have just released all of the source code and not said anything, but I thought I should tell the TI community. Don't make me regret it.
