Hello eeryone!

Joey and i have quite a taxing task in fron of us and we are glad to have each other to aid in the process of clearing nearly 1300 files out of the archives. Please be patient as it might take a while to get them down.

Once they are down, one of my goals will be to make file uploaded on a daily basis, thus taking no longer than maybe a few days to upload a program.

What is the site for viewing the pending stuff??

It isn't a website... it is done through an SSH client. If you don't have a staff account, you can't see it. Sorry. :o)

oh well...tha newbies will fix the stuff up, and when there is less than 50 files pending, we shall bow to them!!!!!

That will take some work! I must say, I will be very impressed when they pull that off. That's a lot of work.

I think I should remind you guys that we ... so far ... have done nothing and you are already bowing to us. Just remember that there are a god 25,000 files that other ticalc.org members have done, and by comparison 1,300 is nothing. I think a good farwell to the previous archivers is important.

Yep :) True..... but it's still a big job to take up.

I have *never* uploaded a file when the number of pending files was not 'heavy'.

I have before, but that was probably just because it was before they let us see the status of queue.

I have! If you look FAR back in the news article, you'll see one that says something to the extent of "Pending Queue hits unexpected low" It was like 50 or something.

I didn't want to say anything but I couldn't hold it in anymore.

Lol, it's TOP_SECRET! :) But, you can still see how many files are in the pending queue if you goto the archives > file archives page.

GASP! It went up by ONE FILE since I checked it last! It was 1288, now it's 1289. Just when I was going to upload a file, too.

But now it went down by like.... 80 (it's a guess0
