Meta-archiving?
Maybe someone could write a fancy schmancy script that would automatically update the archives and add new files.

Nice idea, but people tend to crash less than computers.

Well, I have something like 30K of TI-85/TI-86 programs that I haven't uploaded yet. These are progams that were simply written primarilly for my own use. Now that the TI-85 and TI-86 are just obsoleted, that is not being made any more. Some of them are going to be uploaded. They are what they are. They are all written in TI calc BASIC. To date all the programs that I did upload (spelling errors and all) were written just for uploading.

two things: one, the 86 is not obsolete, just TI has no use for it. (the 82 is not obsolete either). two, I hope you're programs are not stupid text-based games that are just a bunch of menus.

I may be able to get you an auto update script. The only thing is, why dont they put them up there right when they get them, I dont think it would take that long. I always thought they were checking for (laugh) calculator viruses or something.

You must not have been here for very long, because they went through every single file a couple months ago to take out all inappropriate files. Now they check before they are uploaded onto the site to make sure they're OK...
