It's hard to believe so many people that have been here since the beginning are still hanging around. I was just talking to Sam Heald about this and I didn't think that there was more than 20 people. But I'm sure in a few days the poll will reflect more than that. It's quite amazing.
BTW, I'm a second generation (82 asm) ticalc person, so I haven't quite been here since the beginning (85 asm), but it was a better option than 3 years.

You really need to add a 'Five minutes or less' option. ;)

I use /. (see link), but they show ticalc.org's news on their home page (at least when I'm logged in).

I can't stand having anything as my home page other than about:blank.

And I thought I was young...
I'm sixteen, happily married with my Ti-83... But I've been here for a few years, so when I got here first I might have been 14/15...

Never mind.....

I'm thirteen. When I got my first calculator and started going to ticalc.org, I was about eight-and-a-half (one of my middle school friends showed it to me...)

Whenever someone stole my calc, i got a silver over spring break. There was this one girl at school that kept on calling it a "rebound relationship". Now I'm remarried to "jewl" (as she calls it). What can you say about nuts?

Unbelievable....

I got my Ti two years ago, I never knew about it's existance before...
What does an eight-year old have to do with a Ti?

I first saw a graphing when I was in 6th grade... I had no idea how to do anything special with it and it didn't have any games, but I thought it was neat that stuff got answered without erasing what you typed... possibly one of the top benefits of using a graphing calc over a regular one...(we all know we use them for games first and foremost though)

As soon as I got my Ti I read the entire manual, because I saw immediately that it had virtually no limitations.

Ti's rule!
