I've reviewed only four programs so far, mostly because I've been pre-occupied with other programs by screenshotting them. Perhaps I will review a lot of good basic (a few if you compare the amount to thousands of Basic programs on the archive =P) but would it be worth reviewing Basic programs? ;) *yer*

Whoops...(I forgot to mention how many reviews I've done) I have done 72 reviews.

lol, ah well; I guess there are a fair few programs out there in need for a good review. =P

Maybe some of the larger ones that are on the top downloads list of their category.

I've written two reviews, but neither of them were ever published on the site. As for ratings, I've rated more than I can remember. virtually every math program for the Ti-83+. Speaking of math... can anybody tell me exactly what a Computer Algebra System (CAS) does? People mentioned it to me in the previous survey, but I never found out exactly what it does.

Your reviews were probably rejected for being typed in wrong context and grammar. *happened to me a few times, heh*
The Computer Algebra System allows a user to enter equations and formulas, using the correct syntax, to effectively gain an answer faster than it would take you on paper.
For example:
Q:solve(2x-4=0,x) A:x=2 *basic algebra*
Q:expand((2x-4)²) A:4x²-16x+16 *pascals theorem*
Q:solve(v=u+at,a) A:a=-(u+v)/t *transposing*
Other calculators cannot perform such tasks in there OS, or are limited.

Oh, that what I thought it might be, thanks. That looks like it would be a little hard to make a BASIC program for. lol. Now, does the 89-Titanium have a CAS?

Yes it does.. if it didn't you would be beter off buying a scientific calculator for $10.

This is the second place where I see "five finger discount" (the first was as a cheat in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six :) ). Back then I didn't have a clue what it meant. Now I'd guess it's an euphemism for shoplifting, is that correct?

It's a great expression. It makes light of a very seriouse crime, punishable up to 50,000 dollars or 10 Years in prison!!!!!! Hehe.
