I'm new here - I just registered today. I haven't yet decided whether or not I want to review any files. I won't be uploading programs here, though - my programs are hosted exclusively on my TI web page (see web page link).

Your site isn't working in IE. (Maybe Mozilla will work though; I will have to try that)

Do you have IE6.0 SP1 and/or Windows XP? I tested it with IE6.0 SP1 in Windows XP Professional and it works just fine. Your IE may not like XHTML, which is the standard my site uses.

What's "not working" for you? The site's very simple - there aren't any images or JavaScript and only basic HTML.

Check your link. It looks like this:

Note the double http.

That would be a problem.

No idea how that happened. Fixed the link in this post by removing the extra http://.

Must have been a pasting error when I created my account. Never mind, it's fixed now.

Actually, I use both Mac and Windows. The Mac version of TiLP is unstable; the official Mac OS X linking program is badly designed; the official linking program for Windows is buggy; that leaves TiLP for Windows as my preferred linking program.

Yeah, I use Windows, too (unfortunately). But at least we use Macs at all.

I use Panther 10.3.4 and haven't had anything but minor annoyances with TI-Connect for OS X. I have even gotten it to work with both a Voyage 200 and a 83+ at the same time. I need another Mac to play with the Rendezvous connections (hooboy! getting progs off of someone else's calc hooked up to their computer!). Easier to deal with is an 83+ and an 83+SE. You can even send progs to both at the same time (USB SilverLink, of course).

On a side note, I know how to get infinite free SilverLinks!

Sorry, I think there's at least one incorrect vote. :-[ I thought it said "how many files have you rated", and voted 20+. The number of reviews I've written is around 11.

Well, have done 5 now, and more on the way...

But I'm only active in TI-83+ Games, so I don't have much games to review (I often try to be the first one)

I've reviewed several. However, each of these reviews were not accepted. I kept them clean, and concise, but still --- they are not accepted. Why?! :'(

What you consider to be clean and concise may not be the same as what the staff considers to be clean and concise. That's why your teachers tell you how they want certain things done. Everyone's different.

Well when did you write them? Morgan was just a little tougher about reviews. He was review editor when the reviews first started. Also, when I write a review I try to keep it to one or two brief paragraphs. That ensures that you keep closer to the topic. Plus you should re-read your reviews to check for your problem.

Yeah. I talked to him about it. Anyways, my reviews didn't have any spelling, or gramatical errors... my teachers like my writing. Oh well, I'll just keep trying....
