Lucky bums who get snow. I HATE living in south Louisiana (New Orleans). I'm from West Virginia, and my parentsare from Michigan. I HATE living in south Louisiana (New Orleans). My family evacuates for Mardi Gras. Disneyworld is best during Mardi Gras - we get a week off, and no one else does. The only people there are New Orlineans and Europeans.

I'm from Arizona, and I, for one, am GLAD that there isn't snow. I can go outside with just a tshirt and jeans, no need to get bundled up, and it's great. I used to live in Michigan, and I liked the snow, but this is SOO much better. Count your blessings...

Oh my gosh! This new system is GREAT! I got back to the post screen and it was already there! Great job Ticalc staff! (I'm not exactly sure who it was that made this change) I am very happy with this!!!

And snow really is bad. I hate going outside now just to get to the bus for school. Sure, snow is fun for going sledding and all that stuff, but I have a choice between hot or cold weather, I'd choose hot.

HA! I live in Georgia, and it sucks that snow shows up randomly around here (in the greater Atlanta area). If there is just a report that an ice storm MIGHT happen, our school systems shut down. :)

Sounds like the school system around my county...the moment a single snowflake falls, school everywhere is canceled. The board of directors must be ummm...a bit paranoid.

one time 2 years ago there were like 2 feet of snow expected but they still made us go to school, then they ended up leting us out after like an hour of school cause they didnt want us to get stuck there! lol

Lucky! Here in NY state (at least my neck of the woods) we could get/have gotten over a foot and have still had to go to school. Well, the roads only had 3-6 inches of slushy snow on them..
In Texas, where I formerly lived after moving there at a young age from NY, any ice cancelled school.

Whats wrong with all you people! I'm going to program, program, program on my winter break to finsh up the 2 player expansion to AOE so it can be uploaded by the 1st of the year. I voted 4 program :)

Yes! Programming for me too. Looks like programming and playing games are tied at the time I posted. Wish I could vote for more than one cause what if I program a game and then want to play it?! So yes I'll be getting plenty of sleep (around 10hrs) and then program stuff while playing Halo hehe.

...and eating pizza, too!

why program your calc when you're at home for weeks with a nice ol' computer just begging for you to program it? ;)
I'm 8 chapters into my 10-chapter php book and I just got into mysql. Like I'll ever EVER use calc matrices again for programming. :)

I never knew what the switch did either, but I did know about the pumpkin. It was pretty obvious, though, I kind of found it by a mixture of an accident and over hearing a conversation about it before I had even seen that toon before.

Stinko is Japanese for GIBBERISH! There is no "ST" sound in Japanese unless it is preceded by a vowel! You can fake the sound by adding a 'u'... as in 'sutereo'...
