Does anyone know when will calc.org be fixed? Err... anyway, this author thing is great but it isn't really useful to author/programmers. I hope someday ticalc.org will have same option like calc.org did. ie; modify screenshots, speedy updating program, modify text, and other kewl options. But that's just a dream... And what it'll really be kewl?! Re-organize the games in types ie: RPG, shooting, stuff like that. I know, I'm just a one voice in a crowd but can't blame me for trying...

Yeah, those would be nice, but ticalc.org already has their hands full.

I'm trying to run the romdump program for my 82 but it doesn't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I open up the program, it says
Syntax: romdump [filename] [size] [COM port]
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN???????????????????
I've been trying to make it WORK, but it won't! When I open it up, the program is already finished, and when I run the rom82 program from my calculator, it tries to send it to the computer, but it doesn't work! HEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP!!!!!!!!

There are no sites out there that provide information on how to run this poopy program. >:-(

Syntax: romdump [filename] [size] [COM port]

This is obviously a DOS program.
Open up a DOS prompt window and go to the folder where you have the romdump.exe file.

Type 'romdump ti82dump.rom <whatever that maximum memory of a TI82 is> <whatever port your Graph-Link is plugged into>' (without the single-quotes). This should work. If not, kill meeeee!

Maybe I should try it again and fill in the <>'s with what you really meant for me to type in.

Okay, here's the information

The comport I use is Com Port 1
the size of a 82 rom is 131072
I don't care about the file name I call it.

Do I put the stuff in the braces like it says to? I'm weally weally confwused.

That romdump.exe thing REALLY #@$O*@#&%@(*$&@#*($@ed up my computer! I typed in

romdump ti82dump.rom 131072 1

and it went buzz blip BOOM and the whole thing locked up and I had to restart it the BAD WAY. *GASP*

Good idea, this is will definetly increase the "community" theme of ticalc.org.
