Your site had links to the TI graph link software and TI89 AMS versions. The code for this section of the site was identical to that on TI's site, meaning that you stole the code...

And how can you say you're not the webmaster when it's a Geocities said rerouted through CJB.net? That probably means you're the ONLY one in control of the site... besites, you said you work as a web site designer. I'm guessing by 'work' you mean 'do as a hobby' and by 'web site' you mean the site you link to.
