It's been a great year for the CE with a lot of awesome programs developed. WELL DONE EVERYONE!
For me I think TI-Boy CE is the most deserving of POTY, I don't think too many would disagree :).

Lots of great programs for the TI-84+CE! But there are some that I do not like.
For example, MenusOS. I thought it would be a shell to run other programs I made, but it only runs the program that was included with it. It also has wayyyyy too many programs.
I'll have to look for other programs to try...
