FlashZ BomberMan v1.70 for 68k Calcs
Posted by Michael on 10 November 2005, 14:50 GMT

[FlashZ BomberMan]Flavien Racine has been busy recently working on programs that have "Bomber" in their names. First, he has updated BomberMaze68k, everyone's favorite Bomberman game, to improve Voyage 200 compatibility. He has also now released FlashZ BomberMan for the 89, 92+, and V200. Complete with Flavien's characteristically stunning graphics, FlashZ BomberMan is a new clone of Bomberman and Dyna-Blaster. If you like BomberMaze68k, you should enjoy FlashZ BomberMan v1.70.

These look good. Perhaps it's time for me to start playing games again?

Why did you stop playing games anyway?

I enjoy programming more. I'm not very big on games in general, but I do like social games (card and board games) to an extent.

Hmm i stopped playing when i got to college and found that we couldn't use calculators at all for ANY math (like 5+ courses), except for physics and chemistry...hmm wonder how many more times i gotta take physics before i pass it :( calc 2 is easier then physics 1!!! i think its because calculus teachers actually teach and physics teachers just tell us to get into groups and work on problems we never saw before...as if we read the book AHHHH!!! :P

I know the problem. And then they like to put problems on the final that you were never taught, not even ones you were supposed to have read about in the never-ever-opened-book. AHHHH!!!

No kidding. It's called taking the things you've learned and applying them to new situations.

Welcome to reality.

That sucks!!!!! I bought a TI-89 Titanium because I thought I could breeze through calculus with it. The week after I got it, I found out I couldn't use it in AP Calc senior year in high school, but I never thought they would stop you from using it in college. :-(

Interesting. The graphics should be quite good, judging from the screenshot.

While I am inclined to say that _nothing_ could possibly be better than Bomberdude, I'll give these 2 a chance as well ;) Thank you for the wonderful games!

This is now the main thread. Why is nobody posting comments here? Is ticalc.org dead? I remember the days of 200+ comments per thread, in less than a week.

These questions (and others!) answered at 9PM tonight, channel 58.

Unfortunately, I guess every website gets boring after a while for most of the population. However, I will continue to visit ticalc.org

Exactly what does it say? Is the error on the computer or on the calculator?

I know the issue he is talking about. I have the same problem, haven't been able to fix it. Basically, when you load a picture into the program, and then click "compile", the program says "creating bitplanes", then it says "compiling bitplanes", and then pops up an error box saying "Error when creating the asm file, try it again". And it never works. Redownloading doesn't fix the issue, and running in compatability mode (on Win XP) for any other OS doesn't helpo at all.

I too, would like to know if someone can help with this issue. PLease help.
