Isnt that a lot for a calculator after you add in the shipping and handling?

It's actually cheaper than most places, even with the shipping charges. I actually have to make some changes to the shipping charges:
$7.50 for the first calculator.
$2.00 for each additional calculator.
Half price for Graphlinks.
We'll probably also discount shipping for 92+ Modules but I have a little more research to do on this.

All calculators ship the next day, except for TI-89's, which ship soon after, due to availability problems.

Actually, I have to applaud Dim-TI for this one.
Shipping costs more because Dim-TI cannot ship them bulk rate or get discounts from being a company and/or a regular shipper (Staples uses UPS a LOT). Dim-TI is only getting the money they need. Good job Dim. Nice of you all to do something decent for a change :P

Good God! How can something so small cost so much to ship? I've sent 6 videos thorugh the mail that I know where bigger and weighed more and I only paid 4 dollars! Have you considered shipping 3rd class so it would be cheaper?

Didn't you also notice the 89 more expensive than anywhere at Dimension TI?!? With shipping included I can buy the calcs at Target or Staples for $5-$10 less, and I don't have to wait for the order too. Shoot, I may as well and buy the calcs from a Maximal store on Cybertron.

Uh...Staples charges $150 + tax...so it'll run you more than $160...much more than what Dimension-TI charges...

Uhh... how is it not legal? We are affiliated with an official TI Calculator distributer. There's absolutely nothing illegal about this. Nice try, though.

At Staples, at least the one near me, calculators cost much more than what we, Dimension-TI, charge. We were asked not to give the name of our dealer, so I'm afraid we cannot release it.

You'd be surprised how little money we make doing this. We wanted very cheap prices, and by doing that, we sacrificed making a huge profit. However, with the little profit we do make, we have a few things planned to use it for... you will see more about that in a little while, after we are sure that we will make enough money to impliment these ideas.

Where the hell does $7.50 shipping/handling go to? Overnight delivery doesn't cost that. Registered mail doesn't even cost that much.

We know this is a bit high. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Go to www.ups.com and see what they charge. Calculators weigh about 4lbs. The extra $2 or so is what we have to pay for handling, that is, the person who is supplying us with the calculators.

Keep in mind that huge instruction manual adds to the weight of the shipment.
