I am making a conversion program in basic that will convert not only from metric to american and vice versa, but also within the systems. For example, you can convert miles into rods, yards, feet, and inches. You could type in 100 inches and see how many miles it is. It will be really cool.
Do you think you could use a program like this? Is this a good idea? Will you download and use it? Also, is there already one like this that I dont know about?

Well, I thought I might come up with a programmed version of some Chem notes. I am currently programming some basic potential energy graphs.

I am currently coming up with a text-based, menu-based chemistry program that will provide many different formulas and equations helpful in this part of science. Reply to me with any comments, thx

I'm making either a text based punnet square or graphical that fills in the boxes for you and spits out the geno and phenotypic ratio. But I need help with how to go about it.

Hey,
I am in the making of a program called "The Ions Collection", from Everlast software. It will have a nicely sized amount of common ions that are good to know for chemistry. It will be made of custom-made menus, (which looks very nice), and will be east to navigate through. Any questions or comments, reply to this message, or email me.

Hey,
I want to create a very big program. It will contain a lot of user created menus, and titles. I want to include things like a BIG list of common ions, and I mean BIG. I also want to include another "sub" program if you will, that will make ALOT of conversions for "metric" and "standard" conversions. The next part will be strictly programs for convertions dealing with chemistry or some other science. I am not sure yet. If anyone wants to give me some help, or ideas, just email me or reply to the message. ***Program name to be determined***
***On hold until I get some ideas or help etc., I want to see what others think before I start it.*** If All possible, if you want to help, please have SOME experience in programming. Thx.

Hey guys. Im writing a program on my 86 and would like it ported to and 83. It is about the Gas laws, and solves the Combined gas law right now. Im finishing up the rest. If anyone is interested in porting it, please e-mail me at daniellichterman@hotmail.com. The file should be in the archives soon as combgas 1.01. This is in the ti-86 basic sci cat. Thanks,
Dan

I have a Series of programs called APhysics the main program is tied to a bunch of sub programs that solve for most of the variables in a wide variety of formulas most recently Coulomb's law. However my programing skills are primitive at best and the interface not only hogs memory but is not very user friendly and although i have tried to make the formulas relate direclty to thier subjects it has been almost impossible to go back and use them without reviewing the code to figure out what some of the inidvidual programs are for. however i would like to continue writing every formula i can into a program but it looks like i'll need some help if anyone is interested in working with me on this ongoing project let me know i would love to have some assistance my email is spydrfreak@hotmail.com thanks!

Would anybody find it useful if I was to make a density calculating program for the TI-83+? Please post or e-mail if you would. If I get enough replies, I will transfer the program to ticalc.org

I'm currently working on a "PISH" inspired BASIC Physics formula solver for Simple Harmonics. Pish had an (I think) elegant setup where you entered variables as X and it solved for all the X's you entered. It was limited, both in ability and formulas, so I'm extrapolating the idea (with improvements) to other formulas. I've already almost finished a Thermodynamics and Circular Motion Solver so eventually I'll have a version like Morgan Davies' solver.
