Where can I find a list of all the rules relevant to posting?

Answer

When you decide to post to either a news article or another user-contributed comment,
you will see a rather long page. This page will list all the posting guidelines
that we use to decide whether your post is appropriate or should be deleted.
Please read through this at least once, as it will save both you and the staff time. We enforce these rules as well as we can.
