I sent an email, but I never received a reply!

It is the policy of the news editor to generally not reply to emails. Every email is always read. If your request for a news item was granted, your confirmation will be shown on the ticalc.org front page. If not, then you'll know as well. There's no need to take time away from looking at programs to write personalized responses to every request.
