What is the best way to get my program featured in a news article on ticalc.org?

Answer

First, upload your file and include screenshots, preferably in the zip file.
A program is more likely to be considered if it already has screenshots
attached in GIF format. Then send a plain-text email to
contact@ticalc.org
with the program title as the subject. Include a brief description
of the program and a few points that show why it's featurable.
Please do not attach any files (such as screenshots) to the email,
but provide text URLs to them instead. Lastly, maintain an appropriate
tone. Begging for news does not help your chances.
