I believe a review was written by the author's friend. Is this allowed?

Answer

No. Any instances of this will result in the review being removed and the possibility of the account of the reviewer being disabled if it continues after a warning is given. If the
author of the file is found to have two accounts and is reviewing their own files, then the reviews, files, and accounts will all be removed from the archives regardless.
