I changed my email address in Your Account > Account Information, but my old email address still displays on my files. How do I fix this?

When you change your account's email address, your author profile should automatically update to reflect the same address. Occasionally, this has been known not to occur as it should for some reason. If this happens, just send an email to contact@ticalc.org and we'll take care of it. Alternatively, you might try changing your email address in your account settings again to see if a second attempt triggers the proper update.
