I requested links, but my file is listed as only being in one directory. Why?

Currently our system only lists one “primary” directory
on fileinfo pages, author
profiles, the latest updates list, and so forth. However, if links for
your file have been created, you should still see your file listed
under the directory pages for the corresponding directories
in the file archive.
