Fine, don't believe me, I just granted this name to my brother (hate it anyways), hope you will see my new one. anyways this is off the topic alittle bit so don't spas: I think ticalc.org should have a chat section, I am not saying discussion board is dumb nor am I saying take it off, but I think there should have a chat like tables or like napster (one whole big one).
Some of you may agree and some of you may not. Back to the topic For all those who carry 2 or more calcs should have a lock on the backpack or wherever you store it, I have a lock. Oh yeah... My brother said that he wants a debate with that MathJMendl on mplayer.com or his chat site, it should be about, should olympia shutup or not, all people is welcome, but can not interfare with the debate, DO you accept the dbate or not?

Lol, a 'debate.' After seeing all of his childish remarks about this, I doubt that it would be very constructive. It would likely be a waste of time, so I decline. Plus, there seems to be an overwhelming consensus against you using this area to promote your site, and it is against the posting guidelines, so plain and simple, unless you want to alienate people against your site, I suggest you drop it. And about the chat area, go download MIRC and connect to EFNet, channel #ti or #ti-files if you want to talk calculators with people.

well well well look who is the chicken around here, I think I will not drop it, I will advertise in other sites than ticalc.org so you don't have to worry, The chat area for ticalc.org sould be better and
will have more people coming to this site, because in the popular vote in some website, ticalc.org is
dropping, and may be forgotten, due to the archives not being up and takes too long to see a archive an aouther published. And no that poll is not on my site so don't spas (not a plug). I will be happy to lend a hand for working in the archives, Maybe olympia can help, (olympia has 23 members) that is a plug. }-)

what are you saying? We have one whole page by ourself, I think we should not post any massege
Why are you all against olympia? Olympia is awsome, They are trying to make it possible to go wireless internet with the 89 and 92, yeah I know all of you hate olympia and dont care about olympia, yes I gotta say, that I myself (CEO and chairman) think that this programming group is very dumb but if you listen to the history of it and what it does it isn't as bad, It help out more than 300 people and is the largest programming group in MN. The board of directors discussed about ticalc.org and said... Therefore I will not post anything up about olympia, unless we don't see the programs we made in one or two weeks, we also won't post masseg about dumb plugs, OK? :-) but I will post one small one when we are done with the wireless internet for 89 and maybe 92, So that means this is the last massege that conern olympia,
I am sorry if I waisted your time, but let me tell you... That one day Olympia will become one of the richest corporation ever. So I do hope you don't spas on me because I won't do ant plugs anymore, but if anyone out there that wants to know about olympia email me or goto the site.
In conlusion, I am sorry if I hurted you with Olympia and its news, and I am sorry that I waisted some parts of the site, the next time it will not have any oylmpia stuff so I hope ticalc.org can let this section be free and not take it down, because this is the last. Thank you and keep us in mind.
~Good bye and have a good day~

"largest programming group in MN" lotta people up there, lots of technology.
I would just like to say, and I don't think that I am alone here, that it is about fricken time you stop plugging your pathetic site. And I thought you said that you gave that name to your little brother? Why are you still using it? Oh, wait I know. It's just like the story of the Easter Bunny, Santa, and the 'friendly to man' lesbian. You heard this one? They are all see a $100 bill. Which one picks it up first? NONE! You know why? THEY ARE ALL FIGMENTS OF YOU FUCKING IMAGINATION! I think you made up the fact that you have a brother. Furthermore, how old are you? You would have to be very intellegent to be make wireless internet on a calculator that has a very slow processer possible. If you were that intellegent then why can't you type something that is easy to understand. I would understand if you were from France or Germany and weren't native to speaking English, but you said you were from MN. Also on the note of intellegence, why does your site suck ass so horribly? You would think with all of the knowledge that you possess, you could make a very apealing site. I have seen shit fall from 30 feet and look better than your site.
Now look what you made me do.
1. You made me swear, twice. Something I don't like to do.
2. Waste my time
I would completely understand if TICALC were to delete this and my previous message, but I ask them to please leave them up. Reason being that I am trying to prove a point that nobody else on this site has yet to do. Mr. kogkog or whatever really needs to get a life. His company, oplimposuck, is worthless. Kogkog claims that he will someday be worth a lot of money. More power to him. But a word of advise, you aren't gonna do it pissing people off.

Like I said THat was my last olympia plug, and why are you all swearing at me, I did the last plug for olympia
thats what you want right, I think that is mean for you gals to spas out on me because I gave up of all the advertisment, in conlusion I conceded and you still yell back, You are not a man. You don't deserve to be on the disussion board and should be screwed. I am not responsible for your awful lang. that you use because I gave up. And about the internet thing, it is possible, and it will happen one day. For all those who doesn't read the message I posted early, I said that TI is putting some hightech microchip in the calcs, or something like that, which could inhance the calcs enough to give me a boost, and we could use motorola parts and make our server to supply the net.
In conlusion you should shut you big mouth because I gave up on the ads.

i'm scared shitless. please don't hurt me with your idle threats and incoherentness. what do you mean that you stoped pluging olimposuck, you just did it agian in your reply. that fact that you called us "gals" just goes to show that you have a feable little mind. like someone else said, i don't think you even know asm. i'm going to add to that, i bet you don't even know basic. and why don't i deserve to be on the mesasage board? i have the right to post my opinion just like everyone else. when people start telling me to stop adding to the posts, i will stop. but unlike you, nobody seems to have a problem with me. and the part about how i should be screwed: i will be in about 10 minutes when your mom gets here. but seriously now, i am screwed. well, in fact. sometimes twice a day. but that's a whole other topic.
if there is anyone who would truely like to see the internet on a calc, please let me know. think about it. what good would it actually be? tiny screen, no color, very slow. sure, it would be nice to say buy a stock in algebra class, but i don't think there are that many middle schoolers out there playing the market. someone like you would probably like to check out the nude pictures on the web with it. tell me, are there that many gay porn sites out there. checking email would be nice in math class, but trying to type in a message would be horrible. why waste valuable learning time to type a three sentence massage to the person in the next room when you can see him after class? what other benifits would internet on a calc have? i would rather buy a palm or some other brand, at least they have a color display and a stylo.
now kogkog, i would highly recomend that you do not reply to this message as it will probably be another audacious plug for your site. and if you do reply, please take the time and actually think of what you are typing. try to make since. and maybe type your message in word and use spellcheck first, then copy and paste it into the message box. moreover, why don't you just delete your site as it's a waste of a url.

A final post, from a third party
|
Nick Carlson
|
A way to implement a way to use the Internet wirelessly is a bit of a pipe dream in my opinion. It seems too much for a couple dozen kids from Minnesota (no offense to Minnesota, kids, or the phrase "couple dozen"). What method of connection will it use? How much will the hardware cost? Will access cost money? How do you plan to implement a browser on the 89? Will it use WAP, HTML, or something else? E-mail support? Will it even fit on the calculator?
But I digress. A calculator is not a place to put Internet access and expect a multimillion dollar market for it, which apparently you're trying to do from what I've read in your other posts. In my opinion, 32 loosely organized programmer wannabees from the Midwest aren't going to be creating the next computing sensation, especially not for such a niche market, and definately not when one regards your apparent experience.
If I wanted wireless Internet access, I'd buy a Minstrel S modem for my Handspring Visor. Not a chunk of plastic from a few preteens in the land of 10,000 lakes for my calculator. (I'm sure making up a lot of epithets for these people, aren't I.)
You ought to stop now while you're ahead, or you and your friends will be regarded with the likes of Hayes Corporation and those two teens in New Jersey who made that SAT training program. Or, even better, actually prove that you're more than a bunch of two bit hacks who fancy themselves expert programmers and actually make useful, good programs.
PS. And, if you do become one of the richest corporations in the world, feel free to sue me for slander/libel/whatever this post is.

>>well well well look who is the chicken around here
As I said before.
After seeing all of your childish remarks about this, I doubt that it would be very constructive.
And by the way, I think that it is obvious that
you = your 'brother'
You said that he posted without asking in order to deflect criticism, but no one was fooled.
And btw, if you really are going to put wireless Internet on the TI-89, if it actually happened it would get enough publicity from news items on the major sites to be able to avoid spamming discussion boards. And I personally think that it's a pipe dream, I doubt that you even know asm. The key part of this is 'going to,' meaning that if you actually would be able to, you'd probably be quiet about it until it was actually released. Also, regarding
>>That one day Olympia will become one of the richest corporation ever.
How do you expect to gain much money by selling wireless Internet onto the TI-89? Rofl.

I see that you did not take my advise and think before you typed. Also you spelled a few words wrong and left a few out. Go ahead and talk about my mom, sister, aunt, whoever all you want. I don't care. little things like that don't hurt me. You know I might actually start feeling sorry for you. I didn't know there was somebody as pathetic as you out there. no wait, I take that back, I won't feel sorry for you, your still very pathetic though.
Oh, by the way. Talking about my mother was a good comeback. Real original, using the same person as i did. Couldn't you have thought of some one better?
Ooooo, and calling me a female really hurts also. I think I better go cry about it.
I better stop ranting about you, kogkog. I'm wasting your valuable Barbie time with your Aunt Bob.

If you're going to insult people in a foreign language, do it correctly, please? ^_^
Time for Spanish class.
It's not "tu es", it's "tú eres" or "tú estás."
"Necesites", not "nasctie".
"Relaciones sexuales", not "sexo". Unless you're saying he needs a gender.
Not "spas o spaz es no ingles", but "ni <<spas>> ni <<spaz>> son inglés". (Then why do you use them?)
"inteligneinte"? Try "inteligente", amigo mio.
"I am smart you are crazy you are serious" makes as little sense in English as it does in Spanish.
Stick to English. Or, even better, don't talk at all.

Hey kog kog, we almost have the same email adress, Can you delete your email adress so I can have it, I will give something to you kog kog. Any ways I think this Olympia isn't as bad but it shouldn't be up all the time and you never know, Bill gates started his life like this, haveing a programming group. I got 1 calc and it is the ti85, not much, and I heard about the microchip thing but your site did not say much about it. And for all those who wonders, I am not related to kog kog. Also this is for ticalc.org, I uploaded a ebook call braveheart and why isn't up yet. And for all those people who want it I have this program in all over the web so if you want it it would be easy to get, some how it got to that kog kog person, You can trade programs online, it is call program exchange. Kog kog may you please drop your adress so I can have it, and tell me more info on the microchip. Thanks
