How apropriate, there's no "yes" option. We're all such nerds. I thought nerds were supposed to work out because everyone pick on them...Well, I have a gym membership, but its been at least two months since I've gone. What's the relevance of this survey?

He He.. I don't know why these comments are in here, being of no relevance to the topic of lifting weights. but, I guess it's fun to brag of multi lingual skills over here. I have to admit, I don't lift weights, but I'm a X-country man, so .. I guess it kinda exempts me from being a total calculator nerd. We don't get the 89's here in japan.. don't know why... damn those ti people.

you're japanese is correct.. no.. the reply system will not show the unicodes.. it will only show the funky lookin' extended ascii character in its place, unless you have a japanese IME installed on your web browser..
why are you studying japanese??? just a question.
he he.. I know like four friends that have the name brian.. they're all half jap. just like me.. I live on an american air base in japan.. though.. so really.. he he.. I don't know whether I'm american.. or jap... being that i lived in CA for 6 yr. and TX for 2...

But some people (like me) wouldn't know how much of a language one must know.

Mais quelques uns (comme moi) ne savraient pas combien il faut savoir d'un langue.

Men några människor (som jag) skulle inte veta hur mycket man måste veta om ett språk.

geez.. never herd of the language of "whatnot"??? wow.. where have you been all these years?? Whatnot is spoken in the land of the want not's.. yes.. you heard me correctly.. in the land of the want nots. Soon, we will all be speaking whatnot. cause all the want nots are gonna take over the world...

lol
people need to learn how to speak a language before they post it up on the web, and make a fool of themselves... ie. What does "anata dai ichi ni senrioo." mean? Being a fluent speaker of Japanese.. It should've been easy for me to understand.... =)

yeah, there should be a "yes" or a similar (not sarcastic option). Some people, like myself, might be interested if there are "non-nerds" at ticalc.org. It kind of pissed me off, so I didn't vote in the survey, since I couldn't put down that I lift weights 4 or 5 days every week. I really would be interested in the results to see that there are some people that go out all the time, and are more like the socially popular frat guys like me.

Weight lifting rocks!!!!! Its the best thing that ever happened to me - that and basketball and tennis. Anyways, I just voted for "ja" even tho it was sarcastic just for the heck of it. We need a "do you lift weights" - yes or no - i'm guessing we would get about 10 people who lifted weights regularly - maybe less!!

You're right, there's gotta be more athletic calculator guys out there other than us two! heh, i played basketball and baseball in high school and tore the tendons in my thumb and now it's hindering my off-season programming of my 92 plus and 89. Not to mention that I think my college baseball coach is going to be unhappy when I finally mention to him that my thumb is in a cast for a while, basketball coach too for that matter... oh well, just venting steam cuz it sucks to be injured.
