I'm kind of weird. I would have a very hard time destroying a "perfectly good" expensive electronic device. :-)

I'll take that to mean you would rather die than destroy a calculator. :)

definately 84+SE!! it is the exact same calculator as the 83+SE except it isnt silver, and it has stupid rounded corners, and a worthless clock whose only use is to drain battery power while the calc is off, and a worthless mini-usb port. down with stupid minor 'upgrades' for TI to make money on parents who dont know better.

I personally find no problems with my TI-84 Plus Silver Edition, but then again, I have never known anything else...

3.1415926535897932384626433832795028841 ... You forgot the 8 after the 535 part.
BTW, that is from memory, & if you remove the "." from what is written, it is a prime. :)

Who in their right mind would even think about harming a TI calculator of any capabilities?! And why would someone be stoopid enough to have such a prized possesion where there might be a life or death situation?! I don't think that I could survive without my lovely TI-84 Plus Silver Edition! Something else that irks me, no one ever talks about TI-84 Plus Silver Editions! Even this site doesn't acknowledge that they exist; they only mention TI-84 Plus. Is there something I am not getting here, or is this some sort of government conspiracy?

As I mentioned earlier, TI solar-powered scientific calculators are fun to fry (& their self-test is cool), but if you mean TI graphing calculators, I would definitely agree. I am glad that TI made them so indestructible. :)
As for the TI-84+SE, it is not that different from the TI-83+SE (as far as I know - at least, it is closer than HW1 & HW2 of the TI-92+), so there is not much reason to mention it explicitly.

I can see that a lot of people failed to see "73" as one of the choices! :P
