Nope. That would be a negative.

Well, my response was "real world? what's that?". What world IS there outside of computers and hard rock?
The problem is that there's someone I know who has visited ticalc.org and writes a bit of assembly (but hasn't uploaded anything), and some others that just download games (as far as I know), but I don't know if any of them would count as part of the "TI community"...

Yes, but only once for me. It would be Scott Noveck, of ACZ fame, the one who first got greyscale working on HW2's. I'm going to the same college next year as he is currently attending so we met up when I visited the campus. That's what gave me the inspiration for the poll.

I answered no. TI's aren't that big of a thing around here for most people except for me.

Yes, it's very illegal...I would definitely enjoy having a "get together" so to speak, however I probably couldn't find anyone willing to drive me to a "nerdfest" so it would probably have to be pretty close...I just got a job at QuikTrip, and am currently training at the one on Greenfield between Baseline and I-60, so if you wanna come meet me there, that may be pretty close. I'll only be there two more days though...Sunday the 9th from 2-10PM and Monday the 10th from 3:30-10PM. That would be really cool to actually meet someone...let me know if you're gonna come down there, and if you do, just ask for Jake the trainee...I will most likely be on the register, but maybe not. This might be fun! Although I may not have much free time, because I'm on the job...tell you what though...if anyone comes in the days and times I mentioned and says they are from TICalc.org and gives me their User name, I'll buy 'em a fountain drink. OK, I'm done rambling. When I get excited, I talk. Then talk some more. So I'm done now.
