I actually use both. Becuase of WinXP ya know.
Connect:
Good for most basic programs. I don't think TI was thinking when they made this. Obviously it doesn't support the Theta character, sometimes messes up BASIC programs when you send them to the archive. Obviously I use this to send MOST BASIC, ASM, and FlashAPPs.
Graphlink:
XP has something against this. Nevertheless, it gets memory page errors all the time. I use this baby mostly to send TI-83 Games to my calculator. ASM Games that are not compatible with Connect.

Well, I use Mac OS X, so my only choice is TiLP. Unfortunately, it's fairly buggy (can't transfer anything after a certain (random) point), and hasn't been updated for a while.

I'm using VTI as a linking program, by doing so I also allways check if the program is working before I send it to my calc.
But this poll makes me think about trying something new. Maybe, maybe not...

Big question here... why is it that W32Tran8x is the second-most downloaded program of all time (after VTI), but the poll says that no one (not even no_one) uses it?

The "I use an 81" Option should be "I use a TI-80 and/or TI-81". There was no link port on an 80 (unless you had the teachers edition or one for the projector). ~Chucky D
