Organizer App for 68k
Posted by Joey on 20 July 2003, 08:24 GMT
TI has released their popular Organizer app for the TI-89, TI-92+, and V200 on their website. Unlike the TI-83+ version, this download is absolutely free. It can be used for class schedules, to-do lists, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and also features a calendar. If you already use your calculator more than your PDA (or you don't have one), this merits checking out. On an entirely unrelated note, Patrick Davidson recently mentioned on #tcpa that the movie advertised in the June 2003 Newsletter needed more publicity. Thus, perhaps you should check it out.

Why don't you provide the movie in a usable format, such as MPEG?

I actually have it on my SE, and it is HORRIBLE! Basicly, the way it works is you input a date for an appointment. If you remember to check it, in theory, you will look at the day, and see what you have scheduled. But, the reason why it sux is that it doesn't archive the appvar, so if you play any games and the calc crashes, you loose your assignments, your appointments, everything. I use Nifty insted for that reason.
