Xavier Andreani joins ticalc.org

We'd like to welcome Xavier Andréani,
commonly known in the community as Critor, to the ticalc.org team.
Critor will be taking the place of Ryan in providing news for the
site. Critor is one of the administrators of TI-Planet, actively
posting front-page news there, and has released a number of notable
programs, several of which have been featured in past news
articles and POTY contests. As always, news suggestions are always
welcome at news@ticalc.org.
