TI-Graph Link for Linux on Slashdot.org
Posted by Nick on 20 September 1999, 06:26 GMT
Slashdot.org recently posted a news item under their "Ask Slashdot" column asking if software exists to link a TI to a Linux box. To the best of my knowledge, this is the first time I've seen something like this brought up outside of the TI community, which I find to be pretty neat. Anyone who wants to email the person who asked the question can click here.

An TI <-> PC linking program for Linux is already available at rlievin@multimania.com. Is uses a GTK interface ans, it nice and easy to use.
At this time, it supports only the TI92 with the parallel link cable.
Future support:
- all cables (parallel, serial and TIGL)
- all calcs
- GNOME compatible
- import/export TI files
A release is available every week.
