Good Things: All of you TI-84+/SE users who just can't find a good emulator for your calc, look no further. The setup is relatively easy (although it is explained horribly in the readme) and all you need is a ROM image, which isn't very hard to obtain. You can also "save your state" which is very helpful because if the image crashes, you just "reload state" and it's all back to normal.

Bad Things: It has very few bugs, but enough to annoy you now and then. Also, it's a little hard to control the image and the "toggle speed" feature occasionally messes up the image.

Overall I'd give an 9/10. "TilEm" is good, but not perfect.

“TilEm” is the best TI calculator emulator out there. It can run almost all programs (I could not run “Super Mario 86”). It also links better than VTI through a parallel link to a TI-84+SE running “emu8x”. It features all of the link cable types except direct USB, including 3 types of virtual link.

Overall, I give it a 9/10, but would like to see USB and better pictures of the virtual calculators (Most look just like a TI83 Plus that has been edited to show the right buttons).

“TilEm 0.972” is the best emulator I've ever used! It almost flawlessly copies my TI-83+SE. The only problem I have with it is that it sometimes locks up, but that's easily fixed with the "Exit and save state" option.

Features: 9/10. It's a calculator emulator, so it can do almost anything. It even has a debugger. The only thing it can't do is play sounds.

Bugs: 9/10. Sometimes it locks up in or just after exiting “MirageOS.”

Ease of use: 8/10. There is only one thing that could really be improved, and it is the ease of typing in the calculator. It is hard to click the buttons on the virtual calculator, unless you know the keyboard shortcuts.

Overall: 8 2/3. “TilEm” is a great emulator that just needs a few bugs worked out. I'm looking forward to version 1.0!
