Tomb...

Well, I have just completed a game called Tomb. It's an RPG set in the world of Inshan where you want to go home, but you have to go through a tomb to get to the portal. The game is rather crude in its presentation, and relies on subprograms for the whole thing. I plan to have it posted somewhere, maybe here, if I get the time. I am now working on the sequel to Tomb. It will be called Tomb 2: The Return. I am going to try to make this more graphical and possibly use some Doom codes to bring it to life. When I'm finished, this game will rock!

I'm making a newer, better version of DrugWars for the TI-82. In it, you can get bodyguards, which you can equip as you please. You can also get laser sighting, smoke grenades, and bulletproof vests.

Well, I'm working on it, but I'm almost done with a fully playable text-based version of the once popular game by the same title. I admit I'm not the hottest programmer around but I think it may keep you entertained at least the first time you try it... will say when I'm done and where you can get it (IF I can get my COM port in order and get the prog on my computer.) *crosses fingers and hopes he can get the variables and subroutines to work*

I'm currently writing a Ti-82 Basic RPG. The world is in pseudo-3D like in old TSR games like Eye Of The Beholder or Dungeon Hack. The game itself is based on the same idea as Dungeon Hack with maybe a little bit of Diablo. You are in a dungeon of at least 5 levels and at most 25. You try to go deeper to fight the boss and save the village above the dungeon. The battes are in a Final Fantasy like fashion.
The game will feature:
- Randomly generated dungeons
- 100 different monsters
- 18 Different Spells
- 18 Weapons, 18 Armors, 18 Shields
- Relics, like in FF3
- Real time combat
This game is the sequel to my absolutely unknown Battle 3. I didn't have a graph link three years ago whe I programmed it and I lost it since then. The original battle3 had programming flaws that made it so big the it crashed the calcuator because it didn't have enough memory to perform the operations.
Now, with the use of DirectZ(a group of programs I made whe I programmed my first version of DOORZ98, a windows clone) and other techniques to prevent hard coding, I was able to reduce the size of the engine by about 10k.
I will also release DirectZ with a readme explaining how to use it in your own programs. Currently it:
- Sets the graphical environment (you run this one at the beginning)
- Draws windows of different shapes and sizes
- Sets and run menus of an (theroicaly)infinite amount of rows and columns (scrolling implemented soon)
- Pauses for approximately 1 second (Use with a For loop to create timers)
- Restores the original settings as well as doing other little things (You run this one at the end)
If you have other ideas of things you would like beeing implemented in the game, or in DirectZ email me at gabhuot@videotron.ca
Maybe I'll release a new version of DoorZ when I'll be finished with the game. (The original version wasn't released due to bugs and to the same programming flaws that were present in Battle3 and made it so huge... like this post)

A game I am working on at present is Dominos Pizza. Being a long time staff member, the game will be sweet and will have lots of longevity as it takes a long time to become a manager! It should take a month or so to complete! Enjoy!

Hi! I'm working on 3 projects at the moment:
Heroes TI: A role-playing-game with individual character generation, 31 monsters, 30 Spells, the ability to fight against other (human) players, weapons and armor smith (you can decide which use your items have). There's no story but very much fighting and there's no limit for the level of your character. It should be finished soon.
Ugh: In Ugh you guide a clan of prehistoric humans through their hard life; every one has his own experiences; develop things; build tools; go hunting; collecting... (A little bit like 'Wiggles' for the PC)
Build 'n' Destroy: A turn-based strategy game with 10 units, 2 buildings (HQ and repair station) and a 13x8 battlefield. A bit like 'Battle Isle'
Ugh and B.A.D. I just began, but Heroes TI should be finished soon...

I am currently working on an UnreaL TOurnaMent game with weapon, target, REAL 3D environment, enemies to kill, and ammo and health to pick up. I have released UnreaL TOurnaMent v1.00 beta on my website, www.cemetech.homestead.com, and it is being processed on TICalc.org. I am working on UnreaL TOurnaMent v1.2 beta and should have it released in a couple of weeks. It will have improved graphics, and possibly two-player link play! Keep a lookout for it! If you have questions, email me at Kerm_Martian@yahoo.com. Also check out upcoming games at my [WebSite], www.cemetech.homestead.com

I'm working on a modern-style battle RPG called "Robot War". Here, the player travels across the U.S. battling robots to win EXP, GOLD and ALLOY. Between battles, the gamer can use a "Robot Builder" to allocate HP, EP, ATK, DFN, TYPE, CLASS, etc. The more ALLOY you've got, the more stats you can allocate each time.
The ultimate aim is for the gamer to use his imagination and experience to build an unbeatable team of battle bots; learning the best stat combinations, while dismantling and re-thinking designs that underperform.
