Naaaw...If Bill Gates was on this site, he'd vote that he doesn't have a vacation because he would want everyone to think that he is doing his job. Of course, he'd probably go spend half of his money and sneak out his back door, no wait, his 5 back doors!!! Then he'll travel the whole world in a 2 billion dollar flying hovercraft built especially for him...

Actually, Bell Aerospace had an old project that was an airplane that used a hovercraft system as landing gear.

BIllG would not own a TI, instead a Microsoft Calculator. THose are the ones with pretty gradient bars when you crash, instead of a plain black bar.

Speaking of vacation, I am writing this when on vacation in Orange County, California. Lying on my stomach with my elbows on a pillow, typing.

And the OS would do half as much as TI's AMS does, in twice the time, and take up approximately 500MB.

I do, if possible. But, about 99.99999999999% of the time, there's no internet access from where I'm taking my vacation, so I chose No, I don't get internet access on vacation.

Then you'ld have to actually PAY for internet access... Fiber-optic cable modem all the way! Right now I'm getting an avg of 150 kbps!

Dialup is s-l-o-w. I usually have a DSL line at home. It's better than nothing, because otherwise my 2.3 hotmailboxes would fill up.
I said 2.3 because the one that I use for ticalc.org almost never gets any mail, except for when I gripe to TI about how I can't make my own languages, the lowbattery message never shows, my rubber pads fell off (I got free ones that didn't fit because it was still in warranty). These are true.

Well, the results on the survey came out (so far) pretty much as I expected.

Okay, I'm writing this just because I feel like it... I have a cool, new version of Javascript Sprite Creater that allows MUCH, MUCH more options than the current version. It's still in the pending queue, but it will come soon (hopefully). It's REALLY cool! I use it all the time for quick sprite creation and manipulation. I also have another _secret_ program that I'm still doing some more extra testing and stuff on, and I'm also working on a TI-89-BASIC Organizer Program to Store Phone Numbers, Reminder Notes, Schedules, and Homework Assignments. It's going to take a long time (because it's BASIC, and I'm typing it straight from the calculator). So anyway, look out for some c00l! new programs and go to my webpage link URL if you want to see the ones that are currently posted here. :)

why would you do it in basic if you know anything else?

Well, normally I program everything in the more "advanced" language, but in this case, I thought it was easier to do it in BASIC, considering all the storing of stuff and the quick pop-up menus. I just thought it would be easier. The only irritating part is typing it by hand :(

Why would you want to read prompts? They'll only ask you if you're sure... I bet you read manuals too :)
(I once read the M$ windows *license*. It says you're not allowed to run a nuclear power plant using java! I can only hope nobody controlling a nuclear plant ever considered that...)
