Wouldn't it be simpler just to write a CGI program that sinds out an e-mail? That if it comes back that that e-mail address simply be deactived from the account and the person who had the account must simply reopen it? Understand I am not saying writing the CGI code to do this is easier. How it is going to be done is an easier way, from the stand print of writing CGI code, I would think.

The main problem is that if you changed your email you can't do anything since there is no way to verify an old email. I changed the day of the new thing and i had to start a new account to get anything to work
