Just get them all to sign up and all vote for the TI-83 :) i dont think there will be enough votes for the 92P or anything else to top that many ;)

I don't really care much which goes first but my vote is for 92p :) I hope it will be at least next up after the 83 if that goes first instead

Hahaha, i guess i'm just one of the few people who owns a TI-85. I know it's old and sucks, but it would be nice to have it opened and dl some games that i didnt get to earlier.

I own two calculators that have gone out of production: TI-81 and TI-85. I don't use either of them much anymore, but it's kind of neat to have calculators that can't be bought in stores anymore.

Although it seems like the TI-85 has gone out of production, many stores (at least in my area) still carry it. Some only sell 85s. As if they were trying to get rid of them...

Even though my TI 85 broke, I have an emulator on my computer. Just waiting for the archives to open.

enlighten...Enlightenment...hehe...never mind.
Anyway, the Unix section has programs for those of us who use *nix, which many people argue is prettier/faster/more secure/more powerful/better than Windoze. There's an emulator kinda like VTI, and a bunch of linking programs.

Not prettier, but definitely better in all other ways.

Enlightenment isn't funny. We must enlighten the masses...

Unix is an operating system, like windows, except its faster, more stable, slightly more complicated to some, more secure, more everything. although i think windows is a LITTLE better in the User Interface design. although win XP isn't much of an improvement.

I think that the X Window System (running GNOME) on Linux looks far better than the Windows Desktop Will ever look.

XP went too far trying to have a nice interface...

GNOME looks better than Windoze (although I haven't seen XP yet), but I prefer Mac OS X's interface to both of them.

Unfortunately, you have to run OS-X on an inferioir Macintosh computer. Whereas my PC can have a pair of Athlon 1900+'s, a gig-o-ram, and a Wildcat II 5000, a Mac is stuck with what it comes with. If only they sold a port . . . of the GUI bit anyway. The only reason I like Windoze is because you can set up new hardware rather easily, which can be a pain under Linux when you 'new toy' is actually rather old.

I have a feeling that Apple will port MacOS X to the PC platform as the Darwin kernel it uses has arready been protes to Intel. If you want to try it goto http://www.opensource.apple.com//apsl/ and regester then click on the homepage link thing to get the ISO cd image.
