Well, a "I don't have a TI-84+, you insensitive clod!" option should really have been there. ;-)

Depending upon the reason for not having a TI-84+, the last option (lack of a feature) might very well work for some.

Yep, I'm pretty much okay with OS 2.43. TI needs to make a developers OS that is designed without so many error checks and with many fewer rom calls. It would be faster that way and the OS could act more like a shell.

There IS a 2.55MP? I only have 2.53...

Nope. I still find my TI-86 plenty useful...Try 35!/365! on a TI-84+ -- or 5 E999/2.5 E990 (works for me :-P)

I would recommend NOT getting this. In my MP mode, if I type in a fraction, the screen goes slanted, menus are messed up, and it even turns off. I'm wiping out my memory. Can you downgrade an OS?

Nevermind. Using TI data editor, I downgraded to 2.22.

My favorite is the old 2.43 OS, very stable and reliable, I have had no bugs so far :)

2.22 is pretty stable too though, so I guess it goes on personal preference then.

Nothing went wrong for me and I've had it for a year.

nah Imma never gonna upgrade, I still have 5 projects on my calc that won't work with 2.55 that I still need to load onto omnimaga (and then maybe ticalc)

I won't, I don't want to sacrifice more flash pages for more ptt options and something easily duplicated in basic.

As far as I know, that flash page currently isn't used by anything except for 2.55MP. The only program that relied on that page was an unreleased version of TI-Boy SE, but the issue is now fixed.
