Sure, torture me with 4 choices I could pick (binary, octal, decimal, and hex)
I have to say hex, it makes for riddles:
How many people can read hex if you and dead people can?
The answer is 57006!

Senary (6 base) wasn't an option in the list but it's the base i use most next to decimal and i prefer it.
All primes except 2 and 3 end in 1 or 5 in a six base number. You can count to 35 on your hands if each hand represent a 6 base digit 0-5.
I use senary numbers to create a new kind of playing cards and new kind of calendar, each which aren't yet related to ti-calculators.
