I should probably clean mine more often. It's pretty dirty in the corners.

Same here, about the corners.

I would only clean if it got a smudge. But once I get some good ol' Air in a Can (otherwise known as an electronics duster), I'll blow all the dirt away, from the screen to the link ports.

Is this poll in reference to the annual task of opening up my ti89 and cleaning each button individually and then having to use the manual's picture of the calculators face to figure out where each go back.

Ofcourse while the screen is out of the shell it's very easy to clean so i do that to lol

I don't let anyone touch the screen. Dust gets on it all the time. Ugh. I cleaned it once. Then I wipe the dust off with a tissue.

As needed...if I see it needs cleaning from dirt/smear/etc then I do. Also if I accidently grab it then I wipe it so I can read the screen easier...

I don't touch screens, be it a calculator, laptop, etc. But after I loan one of these to someone else it is almost certain that I will have to clean fingerprints off the screen. But I am not so obsessive that I will just sit there and clean my screen.

If they get some crap on them, then I'll wipe them with my thumb. I've had them for over 4 years and that's all I've ever considered doing to clean them. They really don't require much cleaning. It's not like you're going to eat off one or something.

Help! Whenever I try to send any program to my 84+ SE, it says 'Access is denied'. No matter what I try to send, it doesn't work.

same here, except mines a TI-84+, so what I do is I emil programs to my best friend, she puts them on her calc. I transfer them to mine, and I then delete them from hers, unless I want her to actually use her calc. for something other then math! Honestly, she doesn't appreciate it for what it is, a mini computer, that doesn't have internet.

Here's what you can try:

Do a Garbage Collect on the calculator, then try to send a program

Uninstall, then reinstall TI Connect. (worked for me)

Upon failure of Garbage Collection and the re-installation of TI-Connect, you could always try cleaning your calculator's screen!!

Try to stick to the topic guys.
