I said Assembly : Syntactic, since that's the one of the major things the 83 Plus has over the 82, the other being Flash.
Though, knowing MV, that could very well be wrong ;)

Okay, since no one has posted any discussion of the analogies, I will reveal the answers.
Analogies are about relationships. The given analogy of TI-83 Plus is to TI-82 is one of descendant to ancestor. The TI-82's successor was the TI-83 whose successor was the TI-83 Plus.
The first choice, ticalc.org : Nexus is a type relationship between two nouns, with ticalc.org serving as a nexus for the TI community.
The second choice, GraphiTI : Frippery is a attribute relationship between GraphiTI and an adjective describing GraphiTI(frippery: something showy, frivolous, or nonessential).
The third choice, Casio : Adversary describes the attribute of Casio to ticalc.org visitors.
The fourth choice, Assembly : Syntactic is also an attribute in that assembly language follows syntax rules.
The fifth choice, Sesquipedalian : TI-86 makes no sense at all :)
The sixth and correct choice, Euphonium : Serpent is a descendant and successor analogy. The musical instrument called a serpent was the predecessor of the ophicleide which in turn was the predecessor of the euphonium. Thus the euphonium is two generations descended from the serpent, just as the TI-83 Plus is two generations descended from the TI-82.
The seventh choice, Lackluster : Fantastic is a pair of antonyms, carefully listed so that it would be 83+ is lackluster and 82 is fantastic which makes no sense. Even if this choice was reversed, antonyms aren't the correct answer.

This is great, but how long has it been going on? It's like new polls are frozen.
