As lovely as all this is, I find sorrow in my heart for all of you perpetuating Wal-Fart's evilness.

TI83+ My mother bought it from Circuit City a year before I needed one because it only costed $70. (Before the silver edition)
TI83 My friend sold a operational but worn-out 83 for $10. He bought it on eBay for $15
TI89T A group of my dearest friends chipped in for a TI89 Titanium and threw me a surpise birthday party! One of my favourite possessions, second only to my laptop.

I got my Voyage 200 for a Calculus class... boy was THAT fun. I actually bought it directly from my wholesale distributer; I ended up paying about what you see it for on some of the discount sites.
Overall, while I like the fact that it does integrals and derivitives, I miss the math library that came pre-installed on my HP 48: It had formulas for all kinds of stuff: physics, economics, and more. I suppose I could find most of that if I looked hard enough, but the calc did what it was supposed to do: helped me through my calc class.

i bought my 83+ for $70 at Fry's. I got the tip of my link stuck in it so i bought my 89ti for $130 at Target. i broke it and bought another one. i put the old calculator in the case of the new one and used the new receipt to return it. a good way to get a lifetime warranty for free.

Got it (83+) from my brother, who got it from my sister, who bought it somewhere... How would I know where? So that makes it (counts on fingers) 5 years old! Gee, I want an 84

TI-86: From OfficeMax for $120-ish a long time ago
TI-92+: For Christmas a few years ago, from TI's online store
TI-89 Titanium: My dad gave it to me for some occasion
TI-81s: both from eBay for between $10-$30 (the more expensive one had the original box & manual)
TI-82: eBay again, probably about the same price as the TI-81s (& it included the box & manual, too)
TI-83+: someone thought it was dead & gave it to me
TI-83 Viewscreen: From my high school's math department. It is (still) dead. :(

I got my 83+SE on eBay for $100. That was about $20 less than it cost at stores (Office Max, etc.) at the time.
