Ha ha! The only file I have with a rating (Music Station) is the only one with a review! And an objective one it is. I don't know if the author of the review will read this, but the 2.5mm headphone jack was my primary method of testing. I wonder if TI ever even tried that out in the contest?

*sigh*

My programs dont get rated or reviewed cause they are BASIC.

One of these days I am going to have to learn asm.

Yes! You should! Asm is great! People don't have to find your good BASIC programs among the heaps of bad BASIC programs.

Yeah I know. I just dont have the time to learn it. Besides, I am trying to finish up some projects before I do much else. (Click Link above)

Besides, I havent even found a decent tutorial that I can easily understand.

Well, the easiest way to learn is through experimentation. Use the tutorial as a guide and just keep on making programs.

That's how I had to learn to use Javascript w/ DHTML, because I couldn't find any tutorials at the time. I just looked at other people's source and tried to make my own programs using the same syntax and code and stuff.

And that's another good idea... looking at other people's sources helps with ASM too. I'd recommend a pretty simple program, though. Don't try reading Super Mario in ASM :) I remember using Duck Hunt as a guide for some stuff (sprites, keyboard reading, etc.)

And post questions to the mailing lists, and make some smart friends to help you out, it makes things a lot easier.

I went to tigcc.ticalc.org and went to tutorials. For beginners like me I suggest going to the second set of tutorials (not the ones by the ti-chess team). Those are the ones I'm doing and when I finish those I plan on doing the ti-chess tutorials.

For all of you wondering, as fo right now the fastest way to see if any of your fles have ben rated 4 times is by using TIreport. It has been updated to include author statistics and even looks more like ticalc.org!!
