I'd do it just to be nerdy, but, I don't have wireless network software.

Well if ever I can afford a laptop I may just have a look at this. It sounds kind of fun - and I would like to thank TI on telling a load of kids about this.
It might just teach companies to secure their networks a bit better, but I doubt it.

Um, TI didn't tell you anything. Nonetheless, I don't think the signal from the wireless link would be strong enough to make it worth wardriving.

TICalc, I'm lazy okay.

And it should be more than possible, also a slight tweak and increase in transmit power and you have solved the problem of lack of power (for calcs). And, for laptops it seems to be possible. Also, get an external aerial and wireless LANs can spread a long distance - although most companies would obviously not do this due to the security.

Before you tell anybody you don't know about something...
Try google.com

There's a site where you find some information:
http://www.wardriving.com/

War driving consist's in:
->having a antenna
->having a laptop
->and a car
And you go and go around until you search Wireless network... I heard that in England they spot with a "X" ("X" or something else) places where are they find wireless network... So it's easy for other people to find where are wireless network
