I have always put my code in a structured fashion.  My code is both
well organized and well commented.  But that is not to say what some
one else might do.  Have you ever seen documents, such as the one for
Rob Taylor's gray scale library where it says to do something similar
to "include this file before the .end".  That would certainly put code
after graphics.  So don't be to quick to judge what good or bad
programming may entail.
