TI Introduces New German Language Websites
Posted by Michael on 3 September 2003, 02:13 GMT
TI has released some interesting (i.e. bizarre) new websites aimed at the European calculator market: calcoolator.at, calcoolator.ch, and calcoolator.de. The Macromedia Flash Player is required to view these sites, which are for Austria, Switzerland, and Germany, respectively. I don't read German, but they seem to be aimed at teenagers, and feature such characters as an overly happy man with a blue goatee. The site is sure to give you a few laughs.

Could someone tell me what country .at is. I am having a real hard time trying to figure it out myself. Kind of confusing if you ask me.

heh.... the german site has a link to ticalc.org and gives it a lower rating than the education.ti.com sites (too bad they also rated calcgames.org even lower... my only complaint with the barrett's site is that the javascript for the top menu doesn't work well in konqeror...)
